I saw this in this magazine but didn't save it and forgot what they were.

We tested 24 hour moisturizers this year for our February 2009 issue. The top performer was Curel's Ultra Healing Intensive Moisture Lotion for extra dry skin. Our runners-up were Lubriderm's Intense Skin Repair Body Lotion with Itch Relief and Suave's Advanced Therapy Moisturizer. I hope this helps!

You want a really honest answer for this question? Well then you won't find the answer in a cosmetic or fashion magazine. Try a cooking magazine or better yet go look in your cupboards cause you already have some.....olive oil, vegetable oils and crisco are the best moisturizers. The actually DO cause the body to hold onto it's moisture and will keep the skin soft and supple. They don't smell great, look or feel great on the skin but they work the best for the least amount of money. In fact if you sleep alone or your partner doesn't care you would be better off using these on your skin over night and get better results than any other product you could buy.

I like bath and body's lotions and it is important to put them

on just after you tub or shower while your still damp and that

is true of any lotion.

I will tell you why I like bath and body works product.

In working with people of ill health I am very conscientious of

keeping there skin as clean and hydrated as possible and that

includes mouth care.

I have used lots of products and always have a multitude of my

own with me to offer to client/patients

I initially saw the benefits of bath and body when doing hospice

care.

Several of the people were undergoing chemo treatments and it

was harsh on the skin and what I found was the skin was greatly

improved after just a few days. I would bath in the am and

apply lotion and result were encouraging.

I personally do as Joybird said oils from your cupboard work

great.

And if you make a mix of oils to suite your skins needs you will

experience many benefits.

I do not use oil on patients or clients only because at times

when you are bed ridden oil can cause you to itch so I do not

want to create any possible problems .
