Go slump your body in the mirror,slumping is never a pretty site even with a great body, then put on some workout clothes and dance like noboby is watching while you watch tv.

I can certainly relate to that. I used to put the exercise bike in front of the TV and pop a good movie in. I'd bike for 45 minutes and then do the same the next night. The time really passes fast that way.

why not compramise with yourself and workout during commerical breaks? every little bit of movement helps.

A lot of overweight out of shape people in this country have that problem it is all in what u want and what u are willing to do to get it
