How many calories in Sbarro's Baked Ziti with Sauce?

I have found 928 calories (384 gms) in one site and 700 calories (14.3 oz) in the other, I don't know which one to believe. Are there two different types of Baked Zitis offered by Sbarro? Well I'm looking for the meatless option. I'm a weight watcher and need to make sure before I eat it again.

Either way...don't eat it.

If you're going to have pasta, go with wheat...and avoid the mountain of cheese that comes with baked ziti.

You're not going to lose very fast at this rate.

Your best option is to make pasta at home. Restaurant pasta portions are outrageous, plus there is a ton of cheese and cholesterol. TRY DREAMFIELD'S Pasta -- great for dieters-- won't raose your insulin level, and a nice marinara or tomato sauce, with some nice parmesan or romano grated cheese. :)
