I need to step up my exercise regime!!!

Any suggestions? I am looking to lose about 10 pounds of fat and gain some more muscle.

You need to lift weights for that. Look up crossfit.com and maybe go to a seminar. Its the best. Personally, I think you look fine.

If you want to lose 10 pound in about 7 weeks, limit your calories to around 970 a day (that calorie intake will allow you to lose about 1.5 lbs per week). Lift weights primarily (at least 30 minutes 5 days a week), and do cardio (only 30 minutes each day). The more exercise you do, the faster you'll lose the weight. If you want to lose 2 pounds a week, you can cut your calories more, but you probably wouldn't have the energy to lift weights and perform the cardio.

The above is based on you only needing to lose 10 lbs., which would suggest you are not overweight.

I was thinking about this myself just last week. But, I made the decision, after serious consideration that losing a leg would be something I was not prepared to deal with. :(
