I could really use a few more answers, I am still lost, also if you do think I should email her,

what should I say that won't have me sounding desperate?

I think you should e-mail her, she did agree to go to dinner with hou and shedidsay she had a good time, also I think although by trying to put your arm around her and kiss her is not exactly a horrendous move, she seems the type that would rather wait a while before any sort of physical touchinhg... and lastly remember she may be nervous and shy about this also,,, go for it, see what happens

Dating is confusing - that is a fact! To make it less confusing teach yourself now, in the beginning, that it never makes sense to try to guess WHY someone is or is not doing something. It is much better to get your answers as facts by asking the person directly!

For instance, in this case there could be a million reasons (maybe not even related to anything you said or did) that she has a boundary about physical interaction early in a dating relationship. Would you cocnsider emailing her again and asking her out, this way you will know wether or not she is interested in going out again directly from her. If she says yes, great. If she says no, feel free to ask her to give you some honest feedback about why she thought you were not a match and then take that feedback and use it to move forward and be more successful next time!

You probably made eyes at the hooter-esq waitress-girls clue into that wandering eye look-I know, so what if she was so fkn hot your attention swayed for just for a brief moment- BUSTED, and out of the night boooty reward line-maybe next time wear sunglasses...
