SISTER#2 is O-
SISTER#3(me) is O-

What are the possible blood types my mother could have?

Your mom has to have a negative rh factor.

With all the known O's in your family, it is likely that she's O-, because O is generally recessive.

However, my dad is B+ and my mom O+, and one of my sisters is O+. So that's not a for sure thing. I'm B+.

Without knowing what your other sister's blood type is, the only thing we can determine from this information is that your mother is Rh negative.
