Two main symptoms seem to separate the H1N1 from the common cold: A chronic cough and a low to mid-grade fever. You should have both, among other symptoms.

Why don't you go to your doctor? If youo've had the symptoms less than 48 hours, he can prescribe Tamiflu. It doesn't cure the flu but will help with the symptoms.

Calm down! You're NOT going to die! UNLESS you have a fever and cough, you don't have the flu! Contrary to the popular opinion of a lot of people on here, you don't have to have vomiting and diarrhea to have the flu either. Unless your immunocompromised and in a high risk group, there is no need to go to the ER. And you don't need antibiotics unless you have a secondary infection. If you can't breathe (as in "not getting enough air"), then you need to go to the ER, but if you "can't breathe" due to congestion in your nose, that's another story.
