So have you Americans (you know who you are) been having any troubles

getting their Swine H1N1 Flu Vaccine shot?

Any horror stories to share with your neighbors to help us deal with overly ambitious inept health dpeartments and government bureaucrats?

Update: November 20, 2009.
I am not talking about whether to take the vaccine or not - just interested in whether shortages, allergic reactions, deaths (hopefully not) or beaucratic bumbling (assured) is the same on the other side of the border. Canadian news doesn't handle American problems as we are having in Canada.

There is a sever shortage such that only high risk groups are able to get the vaccine and many of those still have not gotten it.

I have not heard of deaths related to the flu in some time though.

"YOU Americans"??! ;)

No, I got mine at a military base but they are more readily available now from drugstores to schools.

I don't have any horror stories to share but then I've been vaccinated for every disease there is over the years and never had any problem.

Look...if you don't want the vaccine, don't take it.
No one is making you take it in the US or in our little sister, Canada. (Yes, you are!)

Lots of folks WILL get the vaccine, so, that should help keep the spread of it down.

Do what you want. If you want it, you can get it.

No. I got vaccinated with my family through my dad's government job for free.
