I gotta have something in there to prop it up, I guess. Even if it is just a boiled egg. Besides, having diabetes AND Sleep Apnea, having something fresh in my stomach combats low blood sugar and esophageal spasms.

Here I am talking about my digestive system and I swore I wouldn't be like my mother when I got to be her age. Pfft!

I was going to give some halfway sensible answer, but then I read what awsum wrote, and I think I'll just astral-project myself over to his place instead. ;)

My lady one thing I could never do is to go to bed on a empty stomach, I can't get to sleep until I have a sandwich or food of some kind and just gain weight as I eat late but I am up every morning at 5 am and on my treadmill for my morning work-out and free weights as to keep firm and hard!! I am just a natural CHOW-HOUND!!

I eat dinner about 4 or 5 hours before i go to bed that way i don´t feel hungry but my tummy isn´t full either. That way my body can digest it better too, because digestion is proven to slow down when you are sleeping. Thank you to my dietitian! lol helped me loose lots of weight.
