This is going to sound really stupid especially at my age....

Can women with breast implants breast feed? I know I should know this but I have never been able to find the answer. I watched this show about women getting breast implants but I didn't watch the whole thing because really surgury just isn't my cup of tea. I saw the part where they said they remove the nipple but that was it. Then I read this article where this guy was talking about why he prefers real women to perfect women and he described a time when he touched this woman and she had no nipples. Personally if I couldn't breast feed my children I wouldn't feel like a good mother. I wouldn't mind just choosing not to but not being able to because of a decision I made ealier would just be as bad as giving birth and finding out I had AIDs and gave it to my child.
