Just get up and get on with it!

So i just read a post about a guy asking for tips on how to help with his depression.

I noticed a few people who basicaly said " just get up and get on with it"

That is THE WORST possible thing u can say to someone with depression (thats a fact) depression IS NOT somthing u can just switch on and off like a sad mood, its a chemical imbalance of the brain where the brain doesnt produce enough dopamine. ( dopamine = happy gene)

so if u know anybody who suffers deppression dont go thinking its just someone feeling sorry for themselves and tell them to just shrug it off, because its somthing they simply cannot help its not there fault.
