I have decided to move out of the house that is foreclosing and not sticking around for the bank.I am a renter of a house that is in the Forclosure process not fully Forclosed but she may be able to turn things around. So many people have stopped paying their landlords the minuite that the Trustee Sale is going take place, but we have been paying rent and everyone thinks we are crazy for not just taking the money and moving out of the apartment and saving the money to move out. What am I going to do with my dog?I am being forced to move from my residence and I hate just hate letting my dog go. I don't want to do it but I don't know where or how I am going to do this. She is a half lab half german sheppard. I can't being to tell how hard this is my children. Apartment living just sucks, they don't let you have a dog over 40 lbs. Can anyone give me some ideas on boarding a dog or temperary adoption till we can get her back or any idea to make this transition less painful?.

GUYS: How are you able to support your family nowdays? When I get married I want my wife to be ableto stay home with the kids. I would like 3 kids. How are you able to support yourself plus 4 other people with one income? I know there are guys out there who do this, and I want to be like them, any advice? Can anyone else in my age group relate? or older folks who remember what it felt like back when...Ever hear those statements like "the brain isn't fully formed until 25?" or "you haven't lived long enough to know what you want yet"(generally as an argument against getting married until you're closer to 30) those statements make me feel: hopeless, worthless, stupid, inferior, its like I can drive, join the military and potentially die for my country, I can vote, I can drink alcohol but dammit I can't get married because I'm just not intelligent enough... What happens when you file bankruptcy and you can't pay your past due rent but want to charge it offI have lost my job and I'm renting, I wonder if you can tell me when you file chapter 7 can the landlord kick you out if your forgoing bankruptcy and your listing past due rent as a debt you want the judge to charge off, rent is not a secured debt because we don't own it we are renters.Is anyone familiar with this proceedure or been through it? - Asked by Female, 36-45 |
