Weight Talk.........

What's the biggest you've ever been? Me-157 pounds.

Update: November 18, 2009.
I am 5'9, so 157 pounds isn't BIG for me, that's just the highest number I've ever achieved in weight. Ever since 20 yrs old, I've always been between 135-140 pounds. Now that I am married, I cook every morning & night LOL. I guess me being 157 pounds now is due to married life. But I like that I have a little bit more meat on me now. It looks cute.

Should obese and smokers pay more for health insurance?

"Overall, the United States spends about $1.8 trillion a year in medical costs associated with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer, and all three are linked to SMOKING and OBESITY, the nation's two largest risk factors, according to the America's Health Rankings report."

Do you think that people who smoke or who are obese should pay more for health insurance than non-smokers and non-obese people? Why or why not?

Can some explain to me what PMS and PMDD is?

I don't think I have ever experienced any of these. I'm never moody or miserable or I don't even know what the symptoms are of either one. All I ever have is mild cramps for the first day or two of my period. Then again I only get it ever three months and I've been on birth control for 15 years. Does birth control take care of PMS or PMDD?

Or maybe it's my anti-depressant! Lol
